Privacy policy

Who runs this site
Guild Forging is run by Tomislav, a designer based in Croatia. For anything about your data, email hello@guildforging.com.
Waitlists
When you join the Forge or branding course waitlist, I keep your email address and which list you joined, so I can tell you when it launches. It's stored with Resend, the email service I use. You can leave any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing me.
Contact form
When you send a message, your name, email address and message are emailed to my inbox through Resend, so I can reply. I keep them only as long as I need to answer you.
Spam protection
To stop spam, the forms count how often they're sent from the same connection. For that, the server briefly keeps a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) and the times of your recent requests. It's used for nothing else and is cleared out regularly.
Cookies and tracking
None. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like any web server, it keeps standard logs (such as IP address, browser and the page requested) for security and to keep the site running.
Other sites
Links to Discord, Fiverr and other sites follow their own privacy policies. If you buy a service, that happens on Fiverr, under Fiverr's terms.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I have about you, or object to how it's used. Email hello@guildforging.com and I'll sort it out. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP).
