Careerscape is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our recruitment efforts. This remote role requires a proactive individual who can identify talent across various sectors and help build a diverse workforce. The role entails developing relationships with candidates and hiring managers to understand their needs and match them effectively.
Please note: We are an early-stage startup, and this role is commission-only.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of the recruitment process, from crafting job postings to facilitating interviews. You will also analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring strategy and ensure alignment with company goals. Responsibilities

• Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms
• Identify and engage with passive candidates using sourcing techniques
• Conduct interviews and provide insights to hiring managers
• Assist in developing recruitment strategies and processes

• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure effectiveness

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with social media recruiting and sourcing tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
