salary: $69.13 - $69.14 per hour

Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Partner with Product Owner to conduct stakeholder interviews, and data analysis to create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process maps.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Acting as the liaison between business leaders and IT teams to translate goals into actionable, technical solutions.
- Project & Change Management: Monitoring project health, managing scope, performing UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and overseeing the implementation of new systems.
- Agile Development: Familiar with agile best practices, monitors backlog.
