job summary:
National manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Master Production Scheduler. This position is located near Eclectic, Alabama. The Master Production Scheduler will develop and maintain the master production schedule to meet customer demand while balancing capacity, inventory, and operational efficiency.

The salary is commensurate with experience ranging from $75K to $90K, plus a potential bonus, and other great benefits! All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

responsibilities:

• Develop long-term (rolling 3-12 month) and short-term (weekly/daily) production plans

• Reconcile customer orders and sales forecasts against available labor, machinery, and materials

• Manage the data integrity of ERP/MRP systems to ensure scheduling parameters (lead times, lot sizes) are accurate

• Facilitate communication between sales, engineering, procurement, and the shop floor to align on priorities

• Translate high-level demand forecasts into specific production work orders for individual commodities
