I am seeking a highly organized, proactive, and bilingual (Spanish & English) Executive Assistant to support the continued growth of my financial firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and can effectively manage a blend of administrative, marketing, and client-facing responsibilities. **Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.**
Key Responsibilities:
* Calendar & Email Management: Coordinate and manage schedules, inboxes, and meetings to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Office Administration: Maintain organized digital filing systems, manage documents, and support general administrative functions.
* Marketing Support: Assist with content creation and editing (e.g., Canva), and provide support to ongoing marketing initiatives as needed.
* Accounting Assistance: Track and organize expenses, and support light bookkeeping tasks.
* Client Relations & Customer Service: Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner, delivering a high level of service and care.
* Executive Support: Help keep the CEO aligned with priorities, deadlines, and strategic goals, ensuring accountability and follow-through.
