Occupational Therapist, OT

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a growing, patient-focused home health team in the Vero Beach area. You will provide one-on-one care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life. This is a flexible, supportive role that allows you to make a meaningful impact every day.

Compensation (based on experience):

• Start of Care (SOC): $110-$120
• Resumptions (ROC): $75-$90
• Evaluations: $60-$95
• Routine Follow-Up Visits: $50-$70

Time Per Visit

• SOC: 2.5 hours
• Resumptions: 1.5 hours
• Evaluations: 1 hour
• Routine Follow-Ups: 45 minutes

About the Practice:

• Patient-focused home health care with a supportive team
• Primary coverage area: Vero Beach and surrounding communities (approximately 80% of visits within territory)
• EMR and scheduling systems: Axxess, Kinnser, KanTime, and internal platform
• Typical patient load: 28+ visits per week for full-time OT
• Full-time schedule with flexible hours based on patient needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled occupational therapy services in patients’ homes
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and functional status to develop treatment plans
• Implement effective rehabilitation programs and therapeutic exercises
• Educate patients and caregivers on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

• Active OT License in Florida
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Comfortable Using Technology (Email, Tablet, EMR)
• Reliable Transportation to Patient Homes
• Open to New Graduates
