We are looking for a **Technical Recruiter** who can help us identify, engage, and hire top talent. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in interacting with candidates, and the ability to build and maintain a professional network.
### Key Responsibilities
* Source and identify potential candidates for technical roles
* Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications
* Communicate clearly with candidates regarding job opportunities
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
* Use platforms like LinkedIn and job boards to expand network
* Maintain organized records of candidate interactions

* Professional appearance and presentation
* Ability to engage and build rapport with candidates
* Basic understanding of technical roles (preferred but not required)
