Sewing Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:30pm )

• Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble, stitch, and finish textile or fabric-based products according to specifications
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards and identify defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain production speed and efficiency while meeting daily output goals
• Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning, threading, and minor adjustments as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and workplace procedures to ensure a safe and organized work environment

Sewing Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating industrial sewing machines in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong understanding of sewing techniques, stitching methods, and fabric types
• Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions, patterns, and production specifications
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Ability to stand for long periods and safely operate industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment
