Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• Over 7 years of IT Project or Program Management experience in complex enterprise settings.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with SAP Basis, ABAP/Development, Fiori development, and functional teams.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Experience working with offshore teams and global delivery frameworks.
• Familiarity with hybrid project execution methods (waterfall/agile) and capability to coordinate with IT scrum masters (preferred).
• Project experience in S/4HANA (required).
• Background in SAP upgrades and/or migration (preferred).
• Experience with system integration involving non-SAP technologies (preferred).

• Lead project planning and management, including timelines, budgets, RAID logs, and status updates.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among technical teams.
• Coordinate activities with both onshore and offshore technical teams, particularly with the Global Technology Center in India.
• Work closely with project sponsors and leadership for managing scope, project decisions, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate workshops to define scope and requirements with business and technical teams.
• Host technical discussions and solution evaluations with SAP functional and technical teams.
• Present project updates, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Create and manage detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) to ensure clarity on dependencies and deliverables.
• Supervise integration within the project and recognize inter-project dependencies.
• Assist in planning and executing cutovers, including testing cycles and readiness efforts, along with drafting comprehensive cutover and backout plans.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, documentation, and EPMO standards.
