Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Travel Experience Consultant to support clients with planning and organizing travel arrangements. In this work-from-home role, you will assist travelers by researching destinations, coordinating reservations, and ensuring all booking details are accurate and well documented.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong organizational skills, and can manage responsibilities independently while providing excellent customer service throughout the travel planning process.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and organize customized itineraries based on client preferences and budgets
Research and compare travel options including accommodations, flights, cruises, and activities
Coordinate and confirm reservations using booking platforms and systems
Provide accurate travel information and helpful destination recommendations
Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and online messaging platforms
Handle booking updates, itinerary adjustments, and service-related requests
Maintain organized client profiles and travel documentation
Participate in training sessions, meetings, and ongoing professional development
