Responsibilities
Role Summary The Product Owner will support the loan servicing application integrated with Versana, with responsibility for backlog ownership and cross‑functional coordination to enable efficient syndicated loan servicing. This role is a niche contract position intended to provide immediate value as a gap fill, supporting the organization’s implementation of Versana.
Key Responsibilities - Own and prioritize the loan servicing product backlog, including Versana and Loan IQ integrations
- Translate business requirements into clear features and user stories
- Partner with Technology teams and external vendors to deliver solutions end‑to‑end
- Serve as the primary point of contact for production issues, enhancements, and escalations
- Coordinate production triage and issue resolution
- Support UAT execution and manage production releases
- Work within Agile delivery frameworks using Jira and user‑story‑driven development
Core Qualifications (Required): - Experience working with Versana and/or Loan IQ (Versana experience strongly preferred)
- Product Owner or Product Manager experience with backlog ownership
- Understanding of syndicated loan servicing operations
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Experience supporting UAT and managing production deployments
- Cross‑functional communication and coordination skills
