Front Office Manager - Smile Straight Orthodontics (Greenway)

Smile Straight Orthodontics (Greenway) is seeking a proactive, business-minded Office Manager to lead our operations and help guide the practice forward. As the Front Office Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role at the office level, overseeing and supporting all front-office team members. We are an upbeat team looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others and who wants to make a positive difference in their community!

Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Define team roles and responsibilities, ensures progress toward goals, foster team cooperation, and support group problem solving
• Uphold company core values of compassion, authenticity, talent, and teamwork
• Ensure quality and compassionate care is provided to every patient
• Greet patients and welcome them at check-in
• Review, implement, and maintain the company's policies and procedures
• Maintain and update patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy and security regulations
• Order dental supplies and manage inventory
• Training and development of front-office staff

• Salary: $25+ depending on experience
• Schedule: On-site. Monday - Friday
