BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER - Bend, Oregon

Lithia's Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and Chevrolet dealerships are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager with strong Accounting & Management background. This will be a great opportunity to lead, grow, and develop a strong business office.

Responsibilities

• Be a financial thought partner to the dealerships; develop and maintain a positive relationship with store leadership and manufacturer representatives.
• Ensure dealership is operating within financial guardrails
• Communicate risk and opportunity with operational leaders
• Ensure financial processes are in place to support new or evolving business initiatives
• Understand manufacturers Excellence Objectives and work with the GM to ensure achievement
• Ensure compliance with internal controls
• Responsible for accurate store financials, ensure regular reviews of operational income statements, etc.

Who are we looking for?

• 3-5 years previous experience as a Business Office Manager or Controller
• Auto Industry/dealership experience preferred
• Experience driving business results through financial interpretation required
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or commensurate experience preferred
• Experience driving business results through financial interpretation
• Experience leading teams
• A business partner with great communication skills and strong business acumen to bring solutions in collaborative working relationships.
• Both a player & coach with the ability to bring credibility, confidence and leadership.
• Thrives in a changing and growing department. Performs well with ambiguity and sees opportunities to improve processes and grow.
• Naturally curious, Dynamic thinker, Results Driven!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
